We are delighted to achieve Silver Status in our recent IIP Assessment. GAMH was also awarded the Health and Wellbeing Award which recognises our commitment to the Health and Wellbeing of our staff and volunteers. For the first time, we have been awarded IIP Investors in Young People which reflects the changing demographics of our workforce. GAMH, already a diverse workforce, is increasingly attracting young people who bring a wide variety of skills and talent which enhances the work of the organisation. Our recent Reports evidence our commitment to the Learning and Development of staff and congratulates us on how we actively demonstrate our vision and values throughout the work that we do.
